We would like to inform you that Tukwila team will be upgrading our ATS, Generator and UPS's located at IGW3 Data Center at 12201 Tukwila International Blvd, Floor 3, Tukwila, WA.
The maintenance will be performed in 2 phases.
The 1st phase will be to replace the ATS and Generator. This will occur on Thursday 5/21/2020 at 6:00 AM PST (Seattle Local Time).
The expected completion is 3:00 PM PST (Seattle Local Time). During this maintenance period, all critical power will be supported by the current generator and UPS.
We do not anticipate any customer-related service impact during this maintenance window; power to all of your servers/cabinet will continue to be available as usual.
Once the 1st phase upgrade is completed, we will provide a date for the 2nd phase of the maintenance which would be to replace the existing UPS's.
